Drilling
Appy GIBBS oil to drill bits and into the hole being bored, extending
bit life and producing neat turnings. Hate sticky chucks? Spray
GIBBS into drill chucks, work them all the way open and closed 3
to 5 times, and they will never jam again!
Sawing
Spray GIBBS oil into the blade while it's working and it will cut without
laboring or slowing down, enabling your saw blade to last longer.
What you save on blades in a year will be more than you paid for
your GIBBS brand lubricant!
Taps & Dies
Apply GIBBS oil to the taps and dies prior to and during the threading
process. Threads will cut better and cutting edges will live longer.
Just shoot GIBBS into the working area.
Welding
Spray GIBBS oil onto all metal after welding, even if slag isn't chipped
away. The weld is now waterproofed, rust won't set in, and it can
even be painted.
"We us GIBBS oil for aluminum cylinder heads, counter boring and
putting valve seats in. GIBBS keeps the sides of the cutter right
and does not tear the aluminum and keeps a smooth finish. We also
found that GIBBS oil prolongs tool life and removes rusty bolts."
